Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, our newsletter subscription form or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organisation. Our webstore is powered by “Fastspring” platform from Bright Market, LLC. When buying our apps through Fastspring platform, we advise to first check their privacy policy. When buying our apps through the Mac App Store, we advise to first check Apple privacy policy.

Our apps don’t collect any private information. When you log in into a third-party service (for example Twitter or Google Drive), no information is sent to us and you can revoke access of our apps to these services at anytime. Contact / feedback form included in our apps does not collect any private information, except your name and your email address (necessary for us to answer your request). You can choose to include anonymous information about your computer like the model of your Mac, the version of macOS… but this information is not mandatory.

Cookies

Our website may use « cookies » and other technologies to help us better understand user behavior, tell us which parts of our website people have visited and facilitate and measure the effectiveness of web searches.

We also use cookies and other technologies to remember personal information when you use our website. Our goal in these cases is to make your experience more convenient and personal. For example, knowing your country and language helps us provide information in your own language.

  • Have us delete any data we have about you
  • Express any concern you have about our use of your data

You can also unsubscribe our newsletter at anytime by clicking the link at the bottom of each email we sent to you. All your data will be immediately removed form our database.

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
